GM Assistant


Job description:

1.Provides wide range of day to day administrative and secretarial support to GM;

2.Coordinates meetings, conferences and appointments for GM and notifies participants;
3. Reports the information submitted by each department. Takes and transcribes dictation. Receives calls and responds to inquiries. Handles customers and clients’ visiting;
4.To well- prepared for the meetings and do the meeting minutes, surely keep company/VP’s seals as well as the other key documents;
5.Manages and maintains GM’s dairy schedules. Ensures GM’s travel arrangements were managed effectively; (Including transportation, air tickets, hotel arrangement, etc.)
6.Other tasks arranged by GM.


1.At least 3 years of secretary experience gained from a similar capacity preferably with a multi-national company;

2.Fluent in both oral & written English;
3.Above Bachelor degree, prefer to major in Administration or relevant discipline;
4.Good command of computer knowledge- Word, Excel, Powerpoint , Outlook, etc;
5.Flexible and open-minded, team-working spirit, can work under pressure;
6.Excellent problem solving skills.
